The current Baltic Fleet Temple looks unusual, as it occupies an elegant neo-Gothic building. The Catholic cathedral was built in 1866 with money raised by parishioners of the Reformed community. The temple was badly damaged during the Pillau assault, but was later rebuilt. For a long time, the sailors' club was located inside, and then a military warehouse. Today it is an Orthodox church in which church services are regularly held.

To see the curious collection of finds discovered at different times on the Baltic Spit, take a look at the museum, which was created by enthusiasts in 2017. Guided tours are conducted for visitors, they tell about the history of the Baltic Spit and the battles that took place here during the Second World War. Pre-war photographs, maps and drawings are on display in the historic building.
