Rules of accommodation

These rules establish the procedure for settlement, accommodation and provision of hotel services at the Golden Anchor Hotel, a branch of the Slavyanka Hotel Complex Joint Stock Company.

Official check-in and eviction time

Check-in of Guests at the hotel is carried out from 14.00 p.m. local time.

Check-out time (check-out time) is 12:00 local time. At the end of the stay, no later than the check-out time, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room and take out his belongings.

If you wish to extend your stay, the Guest must inform the reception administrator no later than 2 hours before check—out time - 12:00 local time. An extension of the stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties.

Early check-in and late check-out

If the Guest checks in before the scheduled check-in time (early check-in) and then stays at the hotel for at least a day, the room fee for the period from check-in time to check-in time is charged in an amount not exceeding the fee for half a day.

If the period from check-in time to check-in time is more than 12 hours, the accommodation fee will be charged to the Guest in the amount of the cost of the day.

If a Guest checks in after check-in and check out the next day before check-out time (stay less than a day), he/she will be charged a fee for accommodation in the amount of 100% of the cost of one night's stay.

If the Guest stays late at the hotel, the fee will be charged in the following order:

  • from 12:00 to 18:00 — 25 % (twenty-five) percent of the cost of accommodation per day;
  • from 18:00 to 00:00 – 50 % (fifty) percent of the cost of one night's stay;
  • after 00:00 hours — payment for one night's stay.

Accommodation with children

Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge. A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request (if it is available at the time of arrival).

For adults and children over 3 years old, an additional sofa bed is available on request. The cost of an additional place for children from 3 years old is 3,000 rubles/day. The power is not on.

Registration of minors under the age of 14 at the hotel is carried out on the basis of identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) provides the consent of their legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors.

Registration of minors between the ages of 14 and 18 at the hotel in the absence of their legal representatives is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of the legal representatives (one of them).

If minors are unaccompanied by their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), or if the person(s) accompanying them cannot provide the hotel employee with the original document certifying his/her authority to accompany the minor, the hotel has the right to refuse such minor and unauthorized accompanying person(s) registration and accommodation in the hotel, even in the case of a guaranteed reservation.

Conditions and cost of additional seats

In some rooms, it is possible to provide an additional place upon prior request – a sofa.

The cost of an additional seat is 3,000 rubles/day without meals.

Check-in rules and necessary documents for registration

The Guest is checked into the hotel upon presentation of an identity document issued in accordance with the established procedure:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • birth certificates - for persons under the age of 14;
  • a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
  • a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
  • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
  • temporary residence permits for a stateless person;
  • residence permit for a stateless person;
  • refugee ID cards;
  • a travel document issued to a person recognized as a refugee on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedure established by federal law.


The guest must fill out a questionnaire with a detailed description of all the items in it in accordance with the data of the identity document, sign it with his own hand and indicate the date of filling.

Rules of payment for accommodation

Payment for accommodation and services at the hotel is carried out at prices according to the price list approved by the hotel management. Payment is made in rubles, in cash, by wire transfer under the booking agreement or using settlement (credit) cards. Check-in at the hotel is made only after making an advance payment for the entire estimated period of stay. The final bill for the services rendered is issued upon the guest's departure.

There are the following ways to make an advance payment:

  • Through the booking module when making an online booking on the hotel's website. In this case, payment is made by bank card or by QR code online via the online acquiring service provided in the booking form.

Hotel rules

  • For the staying Guests, the entrance to the hotel is carried out by the guest's card.
  • When leaving the hotel, the Guest must hand over the room key card to the reception and accommodation service.

At your request and with the permission of the hotel administrator, your invited visitors may stay in the room from 8.00 to 23.00 hours. The visitor's entrance pass must be issued by the receptionist on duty upon presentation of the visitor's identity document no later than 22.00 hours. If visitors are delayed in the guest's room after 23:00, these persons must be registered and booked into the guest's room or other available room, according to the price list approved by the hotel. The Guest is obliged to be responsible for the actions of the visitors invited to his room, including liability for damage, violation of the rules on the prohibition of smoking, refusal to pay for services provided by the hotel to these persons.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. The cost of additional cleaning of the room from the smell of smoke is 1,500 rubles.
  • In case of your absence, no unauthorized persons should be in the room, it is forbidden to give them a key card or room keys.
  • Do not leave valuables in the room.
  • Do not disturb the residents of the hotel, observe silence and public order. Turn down the sound of the TV and radio after 23.00 hours.
  • It is not allowed to keep animals, birds, reptiles, etc. in the room.
  • It is forbidden to bring and store bulky items, explosive, flammable, toxic, narcotic materials and substances in the rooms.
  • When leaving the room, do not forget to close the water taps, windows, and turn off all electrical appliances.

The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electric and thermal energy, water supply).

The hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services unilaterally or to refuse to extend the stay, or to evict the guest, in case of violation by the guest and / or invited persons of these rules of accommodation, late payment of hotel services, causing material damage to the hotel and / or third parties located on the territory of the hotel.

The guest is liable in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Russian Federation for causing material damage to the property of the hotel in the amount established by the price list approved by the hotel at the time of the claim, as well as for damage caused to the life and health of the staff, violation of the rules on the prohibition of smoking. The damage is compensated on the spot, before the guest leaves the hotel.

The hotel administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of these rules of accommodation, public order, order of use of household appliances, as well as in cases where there is reason to believe that the guest needs emergency medical care.

In case of complaints from guests, the hotel administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Linen change conditions:

  • in standard rooms – once every 3 days. If necessary, you can always order a change of linen and towels for an additional fee by contacting the hotel administrator.

For storing valuables, there are free safes in the rooms, as well as a safe at the reception and accommodation desk, and a free secured luggage storage.

When processing guest data, the administration of the Golden Anchor Hotel, a branch of Slavyanka Hotel Complex JSC, is guided by the Regulations on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data of Guests Staying in hotels of Slavyanka Hotel Complex JSC, based on Federal Law 152 On Personal Data, and strictly follows the articles of this law. this allows our guests to be sure that the data necessary for checking into the hotel is provided with reliable protection and will not be used by third parties.

When staying at the Hotel, we ask our guests to observe the rules of fire safety and the rules of hotel accommodation.

Booking conditions

The booking is considered guaranteed if:

  • the guest made a full or partial prepayment in cash, by bank card or by wire transfer;

  • a letter of guarantee has been received from the customer of the hotel services on the official letterhead of the organization.

In this case, the hotel waits for the Guest until 12:00 on the day following the scheduled arrival. In case of late cancellation of the reservation (less than 24 hours before the arrival date), late arrival or no–show of the Guest, he or she or the person who ordered the hotel services will be charged for the actual downtime of the room (place in the room), in the amount of the cost of one night's stay. If you are more than a day late, your guaranteed booking will be cancelled.

In all other cases, the booking is not guaranteed.

In case of non-guaranteed booking, the hotel waits for the Guest until 18:00 local time on the day of the scheduled arrival, after which the reservation is canceled. A late Guest can be checked in on general terms and conditions, subject to availability of rooms.

The booking is considered valid from the moment the Guest (other person who ordered the hotel services) receives a hotel confirmation containing information, including information about the category (type) of the booked room, its price, booking conditions, and the length of stay at the hotel. The guest (other person who is the customer of the hotel services) has the right to cancel the application in accordance with the procedure and terms specified by the hotel in the booking confirmation notification.

Types of tariffs and cancellation rules

The hotel operates at dynamic rates. The dynamic tariff is formed according to the approved main Price list with official open prices and Sales Policy, which specifies the rules for the application of tariffs.

Depending on the load, seasonality, and competitive environment, all prices and offers may be:

  • changed without notice;

  • limited in time, availability, and validity periods;

  • confirmed under other conditions and restrictions.

The price is guaranteed to the Guest after the booking is made, and the guest is informed verbally or the booking confirmation number is sent.

The price does not include any unforeseen expenses and services that the Guest can use during his stay at the hotel.

The main types of tariffs:

1. Basic fare without meals, basic fare with breakfast – rates published by the hotel in open sales sources that can be applied to all booking channels: for direct bookings, for bookings through online systems (OTA), through intermediary companies, contractors, as well as for companies with which there is no contractual relationship..

It is possible to cancel a booked room without penalty no later than 24 hours before the arrival date. In case of no-show or cancellation of the booked room less than 24 hours in advance, a fine of 100% of the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.

2. Non-refundable rate – the tariff with the maximum possible discount available at the time of booking. This rate is also used by the hotel during periods of high occupancy. The reservation is valid only after making an advance payment. In case of no-show, changes in booking details (period of stay, room category, number of people, etc.), the cost of the first night will not be refunded.

Please note that in case of prepayment by bank card, you will need to present the bank card used at the time of booking and the identification document of the cardholder upon arrival. The hotel has the right to refuse to check in if there are no necessary documents or if the wrong guest arrives from whose card the payment was made.
